Between 15–19 June 2026, the summer school titled “Summer School on Dynamical Systems and Reaction Kinetics Networks”, organized within the scope of the MSCA Staff Exchanges project DSYREKI, will be hosted by Yeditepe University and Piri Reis University.
This summer school is primarily intended for PhD students, but it is also open to interested early-career researchers.
The program will cover topics such as reaction kinetics and biochemical modeling, qualitative analysis of dynamical systems, topological classification of equilibrium points and periodic solutions, one-parameter bifurcations in continuous- and discrete-time systems, as well as bifurcation diagrams and structural stability. In addition, advanced two-parameter (codimension 2) bifurcations—such as cusp, Bautin, Bogdanov–Takens, and Hopf interactions—will also be addressed. The program will further include the implications of this theoretical framework for biomedical applications.
The program will also feature lectures, hands-on workshops, workshop sessions, networking activities, and an information session on Postdoctoral Fellowships to be delivered by the MSCA National Contact Point.
The detailed program is currently under preparation and will be announced on the following webpage:
